1/2 cup Better Than Ice Cream powder

1/4 cup White Grape Concentrate

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp mint flavor

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup mashed avocado

2 Tb FL crystals

 

Blend all the ingredients on high in a blender till very smooth. Pour the mixture and freeze in a home ice cream maker following the directions that came with the maker.
