Smoothies & Drinks - Mocha Like Drink

1 cup soymilk or milk substitute of choice

1 Tb. carob powder

1 Tb. roma or coffee substitute

1 tsp. vanilla

1 Tb. sweetener of choice

Heat the soymilk in a pot till very hot but not boiling. Place it into a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
